Summary: The Union of States was established by The Union after The Truce. The Northern States retained most of the original US Constitution as their governance.

The UOS adopted Victoria’s UNITY POLICY as a means to promote peace and to help the people heal. This meant citizens gradually abandoned religion, heritage, cultural practices—and the blending of races was incentivized.
